Uninstall Nooga Scale

 

If you need to remove Nooga Scale, the process is straightforward and fully in your control. Because all your data remains securely within Azure DevOps and we do not store or access your content externally, uninstalling the extension is handled manually by your team.

Follow the steps below to remove Nooga Scale from your organization:

 

  1. Cancel your subscription. Reach out to us at support.scale@nooga.net or directly to your Customer Success Manager (if you have an Enterprise subscription) and we'll help you.
  2. Revert the process customization. We add additional work item types to your process. If you no longer wish to use those they can be removed manually.
  3. Remove extension data. We store settings for the extension in Azure DevOps extension data storage. This will not be available after the extension has been uninstalled.
  4. Uninstall extension. As an organization administrator you can remove the Nooga Scale extension following the steps to Uninstall or disable extensions.
