Data Storage

Where is the data stored? Is all data stored on our Azure servers or is any data sent to Nooga?

  • Data generated by the extension is stored in Azure and protected under data protection in Azure DevOps.

  • Information about users are only stored in the Azure DevOps tenant where the extension is installed.

GDPR Compliance

  • We are GDPR compliant, Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is stored in our CRM system - also GDPR compliant.

  • We store the following information related to a subscription: Organization name, and Subscription owner name and email.

  • Apart from the above our payment provider Stripe also saves credit card information for recurring payments.

Note: PII referred to here is not the email addresses of your AzureDevOps users - not even Nooga Scale users - as we simply keep count of the number of licenses and then match them only with the number of corresponding email addresses using our product.
